According to Framework Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Swiss Federal Council there are following priority sectors:

• Security, Stability and Support for Reforms
• Environment and Infrastructure
• Private Sector
• Human and Social Development

Furthermore, within so-called Special Allocations of the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Program, were created:

• Block Grant for Non-governmental Organisations and Polish-Swiss Regional Partner Projects
• Project Preparation Facility
• Technical Assistance Fund
